Youth homelessness is a strategic priority for HCC. In our four year organisational strategy ‘Be the Change’ we commit to identifying interventions, opportunities and risks to prevent and tackle youth homelessness. With funding we aim to secure, we want to implement our evidenced-based strategy to reduce youth homeless figures nationally. In line with the Homeless Reduction Act 2018, we believe in supporting those most vulnerable, to ensure wrap around services to cater to their needs.
