Homeless & Complex Support
We deliver services to some of the most marginalised and disadvantaged people in our communities. Many have multiple and complex needs. People are referred to us either when they are homeless, have mental health problems, substance misuse issues, domestic violence, physical health needs or present other complex needs. Many will have experienced complex trauma and abuse, whilst others may have histories of rough sleeping, relationship breakdown or offending.
Wherever people may have come from and whatever their history, we assess, support and work with each person as an individual. We implement a support plan and risk assessment, enabling service users to take control and move forward with their lives. We deal with people on a case-by-case basis which enables us to build a holistic pathway care plan.
