Revive Supported Living works with young people who are working towards independence. We offer a culturally sensitive environment that enables the young person to re-address issues pertinent to their special needs as reflected in their individual support plans.

We do This By
Providing a personalised support plan which is agreed jointly with the service user, if possible
Providing regular reviews of their support plan in partnership with local authority
Providing access to disability friendly services e.g. local clubs and day centres
Providing access to volunteering work experience and work placements with established and reputable charities or companies.
Providing access to local education providers i.e day and/or evening classes
Providing transparency in the ongoing provision of support to all of those involved in delivery of care
Our Approach
We provide support and living accommodation to young males and females aged between 16 – 25 years of age. This service is aimed towards optimising chances for young people who are coming from:
- The care systems
- Foster Placements
- Broken down families
- Justice system (Home Detention Curfew (HDCs) also known as tag.
